• If you have made a reservation per email or via telephone:
  Individual bookings can be cancelled until 4pm on the day of arrival free of charge. After 4pm 80% of the room rate for the first night will be charged.

Group reservations

• Less than one week before the date of arrival:
  No-show charge of 100% of the full package.
• One week prior to the date of arrival:
  No-show charge of 85% of the full package.
• Two weeks prior to the date of arrival
  No-show charge of 65% of the full package.
• Four weeks prior to the date of arrival
  No-show charge of 50% of the full package
• Six weeks prior to the date of arrival and earlier.

Website Bookings

If the reservation was made via our website we would kindly ask you to make the cancellation directly via the booking screen. Please enter your e-mail address and booking number under the section “Cancellation”. A confirmation email will then be sent to you.

External booking channel

If you made your booking via an external booking channel, cancellation can only be made via this platform the terms and conditions of the platform apply.
